Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup French fried onions (divided)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and trim the fresh green beans.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the green beans to the creamy mixture, stirring until well coated.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle half of the French fried onions on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
