Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the softened cream cheese with honey and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and spread the sweet cream cheese mixture evenly across its surface.
  3. Scatter the fresh blueberries on top, gently pressing them into the cream so they stay in place.
  4. Place the second tortilla over the top, creating a sandwich.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter, letting it coat the pan evenly.
  6. Carefully transfer the quesadilla into the skillet.
  7. Cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla turns golden and crisp.
