Instructions

- Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, and sugar until smooth.
- Assemble: Spread batter into pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over top and swirl lightly.
- Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until set.
