Delicious homemade beef egg rolls filled with a cheesy beef mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until fully browned.
- Drain excess grease, then add pickles, mustard, ketchup, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in shredded cheese and mix until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, let the egg rolls rest briefly after frying.
- Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
