Ingredients

  • 28 oz shoestring French fries
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the Fries: Cook French fries until crisp according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef: Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Add garlic and seasonings. Drain excess grease.
  3. Make the Base: Stir cream of mushroom soup and cheddar soup into beef.
  4. Assemble: Spread beef mixture in a greased 7×11 dish. Layer fries on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Mix the Sauce: Whisk all burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
  7. Serve: Drizzle sauce over casserole and serve warm.
