A delicious cheesy beef casserole topped with crispy fries.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 28 oz shoestring French fries
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 10 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions
Instructions
- Cook the Fries: Cook French fries until crisp according to package directions. Set aside.
- Prepare the Beef: Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Add garlic and seasonings. Drain excess grease.
- Make the Base: Stir cream of mushroom soup and cheddar soup into beef.
- Assemble: Spread beef mixture in a greased 7×11 dish. Layer fries on top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake: Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Mix the Sauce: Whisk all burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Serve: Drizzle sauce over casserole and serve warm.
