- 6 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cookie butter, white chocolate chips, and butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag or paper bag.
- Add the powdered sugar to the bag.
- Seal the bag and shake vigorously until all the cereal is coated.
- Spread the mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool completely.
- Once dry, store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
