A delicious and easy crockpot recipe featuring tater tots, ground beef, and cheese.

- 32 ounces frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 10 ounces cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ tablespoon minced onion
- Freshly chopped cilantro (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Lightly spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add about half of the tater tots to the bottom of the crockpot and spread them into an even layer.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, cheese sauce, taco seasoning, garlic, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the tater tots in the crockpot and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining tater tots, arranging them into a single layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½ hours. Serve warm and enjoy.

- This dish can be topped with additional toppings such as sour cream or salsa for added flavor.
