Description

Delicious and fluffy banana pancakes made with ripe bananas, perfect for a breakfast treat!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • Butter or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a big bowl until mostly smooth.
  2. Mix in the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until just combined.
  4. Let the batter sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet on medium and add butter or oil.
  6. Scoop batter (about 1/4 cup each) and cook until bubbles appear, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
