Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, salt, and cracked black pepper.
- Add ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil and 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve the olive oil dip with warm bread, pita chips, or raw vegetables for dipping.
