Description
Delicious crescent rolls brushed with garlic butter and filled with cheese, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll Out the Dough: Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place them on your baking sheet, slightly spaced apart.
- Add the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush each dough triangle generously with this mixture. The aroma starts to build already—it’s heavenly.
- Sprinkle the Cheese: Add a pinch of mozzarella cheese to the wide end of each triangle. Then gently roll up the dough starting from the wide end toward the point. Arrange the rolls so the tip is tucked underneath.
- Top with Parmesan and Bake: Brush the tops with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the rolls. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve Warm: Let them cool for just a minute or two before serving. The cheese will be melty, the edges crisp, and the garlic flavor just right.
Notes
- These rolls are best served warm for a delightful experience.
- Feel free to add herbs or spices to the garlic butter for added flavor.
