Description
A delicious and easy lemon dessert featuring a creamy layer topped with cake mix and butter.
Ingredients

- 1 package Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 30 oz. lemon pie filling (2 x 15 oz cans)
- 3/4 cup butter, cold
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread lemon pie filling in the bottom of prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Cut block of cream cheese into 16 slices and arrange on top of lemon pie filling.
- Sprinkle lemon cake mix on top of pie filling/cream cheese layer, sprinkling as evenly as possible.
- Slice butter into thin pats and place evenly on top of cake mix layer.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes, or until light golden brown and lemon filling is bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve warm (or cold) with whipped cream.

- This dessert can be served warm or chilled.
