Description

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook until chicken is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add beef broth and thyme, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve chicken and onion mixture over cooked rice.
- Top with shredded Gruyère cheese.
