Description

Delicious and juicy garlic butter steak bites, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into evenly sized bite-sized cubes to ensure uniform cooking. Pat the cubes dry thoroughly with paper towels to help achieve a nice sear.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl. Stir in freshly minced garlic and chopped parsley until well combined, forming a fragrant garlic butter sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer, and sear for about 2 minutes per side until they develop a browned crust while staying juicy inside. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. When the steak bites are almost cooked through, pour the garlic butter over them and toss to coat evenly. Continue cooking for an additional 1–2 minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Season the steak bites lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve warm immediately for best flavor and texture.
