Easy and delicious teriyaki ground turkey served over rice, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
- Add teriyaki sauce, mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice.
