A deliciously sweet and savory grilled sandwich featuring banana, mozzarella, and honey.

- 2 slices brioche or sandwich bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Peeled and slice the banana into 1/4-inch rounds.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of mozzarella on the unbuttered side of one bread slice.
- Add banana slices and drizzle honey over them.
- Top with another slice of mozzarella and the second piece of bread (buttered side facing out).
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 2–3 minutes on each side, pressing gently until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This sandwich can be customized with different types of cheese or bread.
- For added flavor, consider adding cinnamon to the banana slices.
