- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso (about 60 ml)
- 1 cup whole milk (240 ml) or non-dairy alternative
- 1–2 tsp sugar (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method.
- In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling. If desired, froth the milk for a creamy texture.
- Stir in sugar while the milk heats, ensuring it dissolves completely.
- Pour the hot espresso into a mug, then slowly add the heated milk while holding back foam for a layered look.
- Top with frothed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Enjoy immediately!
