Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and apple cider until smooth.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed—avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
