Delicious cheesy sliders made with ground beef and topped with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 8 slider buns
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese (sliced)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 6 dill pickles (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper until just combined.
- Form the meat mixture into 8 small patties, slightly larger than the buns.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side; add cheese during the last minute to melt.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on bottom halves of the buns; top with ketchup, mustard, and pickles before adding the bun tops.
- Bake assembled sliders in the oven for about 10 minutes until buns are toasted.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the patties.
