Description

A delicious cinnamon roll casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (12 oz each)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
