- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (12 oz each)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Gently fold the chopped cinnamon rolls into the custard mixture until fully coated; drizzle over warm casserole before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and baked in the morning.
- Serve warm with additional icing or maple syrup if desired.
