Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Marinate the Beef: Add ground beef to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and sauté sliced green onions for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the Beef: Add the marinated ground beef to the skillet. Cook while stirring frequently for 5–7 minutes until browned and no pink spots remain.
- Finish with Sesame Seeds: Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the cooked beef, mixing gently before serving.
