A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese blend (mozzarella and parmesan)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese blend, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes carefully.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
- For a spicier version, consider adding red pepper flakes.
