Description

A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend (mozzarella and parmesan)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese blend, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes carefully.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
