- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook marinated beef in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and crispy.
- Optional: Add bell peppers or onions during the last minute of cooking for extra flavor.
- Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds alongside steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
