Delicious banana bars topped with a creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Mix in softened butter and sugar until combined; then add eggs and maple syrup.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; gently fold into the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the frosting by whipping together softened butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Once cooled, frost the bars generously and enjoy!

- These bars are best served warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
