A delicious creamy chicken fettuccine dish with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1 lbs)
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the garlic and measuring out the other components.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
- Remove chicken from the skillet; add minced garlic and dried herbs to the pan. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the skillet. Let simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, adding cooked pasta; toss until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- This dish can be served with a side salad for a complete meal.
