A flavorful and spicy ramen dish featuring grilled beef and a creamy sauce.

- 200 g Ramen Noodles
- 300 g Beef (Ribeye/Sirloin)
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Gochugaru
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
- to taste Chili Oil/Gochugaru
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add sliced beef and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar until smooth. Chill while cooking ramen.
- In a pot, combine gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt with water. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles to the broth. Cook for 3 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Heat a grill pan on high. Grill marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side, then slice thinly.
- Ladle ramen and broth into bowls. Top with grilled beef, a dollop of creamy sauce, and garnish with green onions, black sesame seeds, and optional chili oil.
Notes
- Can substitute ramen noodles with udon or rice noodles.
- Beef can be swapped for mushrooms or tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Adjust sriracha based on your heat preference.
