Description

A flavorful and spicy ramen dish featuring grilled beef and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g Ramen Noodles
  • 300 g Beef (Ribeye/Sirloin)
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • to taste Chili Oil/Gochugaru

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add sliced beef and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar until smooth. Chill while cooking ramen.
  3. In a pot, combine gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt with water. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the broth. Cook for 3 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Heat a grill pan on high. Grill marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side, then slice thinly.
  6. Ladle ramen and broth into bowls. Top with grilled beef, a dollop of creamy sauce, and garnish with green onions, black sesame seeds, and optional chili oil.

Notes

  • Can substitute ramen noodles with udon or rice noodles.
  • Beef can be swapped for mushrooms or tofu for a vegetarian option.
  • Adjust sriracha based on your heat preference.
