Ingredients

- 3 cups spinach (packed)
- 1 medium banana (peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen)
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries (about 10 large/medium berries)
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed: spinach, banana, strawberries, pineapple, almond milk, and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth. If you’d like a thinner smoothie, splash in a bit more milk.
- For a thicker consistency, add a few handfuls of ice.
- Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight jar and refrigerate for a few hours.
Notes
- For added sweetness, consider using ripe bananas.
- This smoothie is best consumed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours.
