- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup milk (Can be oat milk, whole milk, or almond milk)
- 1 cup ice (Optional for iced version)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine ube powder, granulated sugar, and water. Mix them until a smooth paste forms.
- Pour milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it begins to steam, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the milk from heat and gradually stir in the prepared ube paste. Whisk vigorously until smooth.
- Pour the Ube Latte into a glass. If iced, fill a glass with ice first.
- Optional: Froth some additional milk and spoon it atop your Ube Latte for added creaminess.
